Three Ways to Use Mullein Flowers

Simple Infusion:
Steep 1 tbsp dried flowers in hot water (not boiling) for 10 minutes. Strain through fine mesh to remove tiny hairs.

Layer fresh flowers with raw honey in a jar. Let infuse 4 weeks before straining.
